Giulia Bianchi (Bauru, SP, 1990)
Giulia Bianchi is an artist who lives and works in São Paulo. Giulia Bianchi's work challenges the limits between nature and culture, subject and object, inspired by an animist view of the natural world, in which nature does not exist as an independent entity, but as a network of relationships and perceptions. From this perspective, Bianchi plunges into the subjectivity of animals, fruits and plants, building a sensitive field where the look is no longer human-centered.
2022 and 2023, and at Paradiesli, Switzerland, in 2024. Among its individual exhibitions are on the threshold of the image (2023), Brazilian Art Museum (MAB FAAP), São Paulo, Brazil; Nearest Things (2019), Massapê Projetos, São Paulo, Brazil; and FESTIM (2018), Museum of Art of Blumenau, Brazil. In 2025, Giulia Bianchi made four mural paintings for Sesc Casa Verde, in São Paulo.
