Nina Pandolfo (São Paulo 1977)
Nina Pandolfo is a plastic artist born in São Paulo in 1977, began her career in graffiti in 1992, becoming one of the pioneers of Street Art in Brazil. With a career marked by innovation, she is part of the group of artists who took the graffiti from the streets into art galleries and museums, expanding the horizons of urban art in the country. of installations and objects made with materials such as latex, resin, plastic and fabric. Childhood and nature are the central axes of his work, with emphasis on female characters with an expressive look and traits that evoke both innocence and rebellion. These figures, usually girls with big eyes, convey deep and secret feelings, revealing a strong connection to the inner world.
The artist also highlights the beauty of animals in her works, with special attention to insects, which appear on murals and paintings as symbols of delicacy and Complexity.
