copy No. 60/60.

The Maria 1946 portfolio was edited for her third and final exhibition at the Valentine Gallery and brings together 10 prints (9 strongholds + 1 burin) plus a suite of 19 reproductions in colosser of her sculptures. The copy of MoMA came from the collection of Alfred H. Barr Jr. (nº 22.1973.6). Each print translates into engraving a sculpture - in this case, without an echo.
